Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided us with a clean and comfortable stay in an area undergoing upgrades. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although there were slight issues with gift exchange rules communication. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the chaos of the city, with beautiful surroundings and fantastic accessibility to the central business district and major attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious but dated and unclean, with the unpleasant surprise of spotting a cockroach in the toilet. Despite being pricey, the lack of free breakfast and a bathtub was disappointing. However, the service was top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient but fell short of expected quality standards. The dining was nice, although overcrowded, and the variety could be improved. Overall, the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers.
My stay at the hotel had some highs and lows. The room I initially stayed in was very dirty, but after voicing my concerns, I was moved to a cleaner room. The service was exceptional, with the staff working hard to address the issues. The location was like finding an oasis in the chaos of the city, but the dining experience could use some improvement. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a decent overall stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a luxurious ambiance; however, it was disappointing that the balcony was inaccessible due to renovation next door. The service was top-notch, with attentive and genuinely friendly staff, although some discrepancies were noted. The location was fantastic with great amenities, sprawling gardens, and wonderful pools, yet there were some issues outside the hotel premises. The dining experience had its highs and lows, and the facilities offered were impressive but had some room for improvement.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect, clean, and well-decorated, making my stay comfortable. The restaurant served the best food I've ever tasted. However, there was a slight issue with a smelly odor in some areas of the hotel.
The hotel boasts spacious rooms of high standard; however, lacking a plug socket for the kettle and issues with darkness and loud air conditioning affected our sleep. The service was consistently helpful and friendly. The location, though serene and close to the business district, had some shortcomings in accessibility. Dining options varied from unpleasant to amazing, with a highlight being a delightful buffet selection. The facilities provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.
